If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product was expired or leaked upon arrival.

  • You received incomplete or missing items in your order.

To maintain hygiene and product safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed items.

Once the return is approved , the replaced product will be delivered within 7 business days

Please share:

  • Order number

  • Unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged/defective product

  • Brief description of the issue

💰 Refunds

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer.

  • If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

Please note: Refunds may take slightly longer during sales or festive periods.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the error is on our side (wrong or damaged product), we will arrange free reverse pickup.

  • In other cases (e.g. customer entered wrong address), shipping charges may apply.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

For safety & hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by the customer

  • Items purchased under “Clearance” or “Special Offer” categories
